A hundred colleagues or more, without stopping the whole office
HR only needs to provide the staff list: we can send booking links to everyone at once, colleagues pick their own time slot on their phone and simply arrive on time, so the whole office does not need to stop at once. After the shoot, each colleague can choose their own photo online. Every photo keeps the same background, lighting and framing, and files are organised by office location and staff number.
THIS FILM has long photographed schools on site, including a whole large kindergarten and around 500 secondary school students in a single project. The same batch scheduling, name-list checking and numbered delivery is used for corporate staff headshots.

HK$4,800 is the project starting budget for on-site corporate photography, not a fixed per-person package.
The final quote is confirmed around team size, staff, leadership or team-photo coverage, location, retouching and delivery requirements.
For reference: on-site photography for about 9 colleagues at one office, with one naturally retouched individual photo each in high-resolution and web-ready files, was quoted at HK$6,800.
Delivery is generally within two weeks of the shoot. Files are organised by office location and staff number, supplied as high-resolution JPEG and sizes suited to internal systems, and shared by cloud link. Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices can be planned together with one consistent background, framing and retouching style.

01How do you photograph headshots for a team of 100 or more?
Sessions can be spread across days and time slots. We provide an online booking system, so each colleague chooses a slot and simply arrives on time; the whole office does not need to stop at once. Every photo keeps the same background, lighting and framing. Share your approximate headcount, number of office locations and preferred dates, and we will suggest the number of shoot days and the flow.
02Can we book group photos only?
Yes. We can plan formal company or department photos, or more natural team portraits on their own. If you also need staff headshots, we can review both requirements together.
03Can leadership portraits be added to a staff headshot session?
This can be planned around your needs. Share the number of people, intended use, preferred style and location so we can confirm the arrangement and quote.
04Do you shoot at the company’s workplace?
The corporate service is planned primarily as on-site photography in Hong Kong. Share your team size and approximate available space so we can review the setup; venue photos can follow later.
05How is pricing calculated?
On-site corporate photography starts from HK$4,800. This is a project starting budget rather than a fixed package; the final scope depends on team size, coverage, location, retouching and delivery requirements and is confirmed on WhatsApp.
