FAQ

Questions schools ask before a livestream enquiry

Which school events can be discussed?

Schools may enquire about graduation and award ceremonies, anniversaries, concerts, drama productions, sports days, open days and other events. The final arrangement depends on the venue, programme and viewing needs.

What information is useful for an initial enquiry?

Share the event name, date, venue, expected duration, intended audience, preferred viewing method and whether recording or other outputs need to be discussed. Details that are not yet confirmed can follow later.

Do the venue and network need to be checked?

The venue network, signal, power, audio arrangement and available positions should be understood before a suitable direction is recommended. Testing and contingency arrangements are confirmed according to the project scope.

Can the school choose a viewing platform?

The school can state its preferred viewing method or platform during the enquiry. Platform availability, access permissions, privacy and viewing arrangements are confirmed in the proposal.

Can recording or other versions be provided after the livestream?

Recording, a full programme version or other outputs can be raised during the enquiry. Inclusion and delivery are governed by the final agreed proposal.

When should a school enquire?

A school can enquire once the event date is known. It is helpful to confirm earlier during busy school-event periods, while availability always depends on the schedule at the time of enquiry.
