Welcome to This Film Studio (This Film Production). By booking a session or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session under qualifying conditions.
• The remaining balance must be settled on or before the day of the photo session.
• All pricing is based on the rates published on our website at the time of booking or as provided in a written quote.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

• General Rescheduling: Please provide at least 7 days' notice prior to your session.
• Baby Emergencies: If your baby is unwell or not in a suitable state for photography, you may reschedule once for free. We prioritize the health and comfort of your child.
• Inclement Weather: In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, the studio will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
• Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled by the client, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Session Conduct and Safety

• Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened shooting duration.
• Parents must accompany their children at all times and are responsible for their behavior and safety.
• Please handle studio furniture and props with care; clients may be held liable for any intentional damage.

4. Delivery of Works

• Digital files are typically delivered via a cloud link within 14 business days after the session.
• All delivered photos include basic color adjustments. Unless otherwise specified in the package, advanced retouching (e.g., body shaping, background removal) is not included.
• Original RAW files remain the property of the studio and are not provided.

5. Copyright and Usage

• This Film Studio retains the copyright to all works.
• Clients are granted a personal use license (e.g., sharing on social media, printing for personal use) but may not use the works for unauthorized commercial profit.
• The studio reserves the right to use images for promotion and portfolio display. Please inform us in advance if you have special privacy requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or other unforeseen circumstances preventing the delivery of works, the studio's liability is limited to a refund of the paid amount or an arrangement for a free reshoot.
