01I only need a LinkedIn profile photo. Which package should I choose?
Professional Headshot is enough. It includes headshot and half-body framing, 3 naturally retouched images, plus high-resolution, web and LinkedIn crop versions.
02Can I ask which package suits me before booking?
Yes. Tell us the intended use and you can first discuss background, wardrobe and framing at no charge. This free step covers pre-shoot direction only; it does not include studio or on-site photography, which is charged by package or quotation.
03I am not comfortable in front of a camera. Will I be guided?
Yes. You will be guided through pose, gaze and expression, with the degree of formality adjusted around how the images will be used. You do not need to know how to pose in advance.
04Can you shoot at my office or workplace?
Yes. On-site photography is quoted separately around the location, available space, equipment and intended use.
05Will the retouching make me look unlike myself?
Natural retouching covers exposure, colour, crop, temporary skin issues, stray hair and minor clothing or background cleanup while keeping real texture and recognisable features. Major face or body reshaping, changed expressions or poses, wardrobe or makeup replacement, background replacement and compositing are not standard retouching.
06What counts as one retouched image?
Each distinct frame counts as one image. High-resolution, web and LinkedIn crops of the same frame still count as one; different expressions, poses or frames count separately. Each final image includes one consolidated round of minor adjustments.
07How do I select the final images?
Review the photographs together in the studio after the shoot, choose the included retouched frames around the intended use, and confirm before leaving. Selection previews are not sent out, and unselected images or RAW files are not supplied.
08Can I change my selection after confirming it?
Yes, but reselection requires a return appointment at HK$300 per 20 minutes. Once retouching has started, changing an image is an additional HK$250 each.
09Several colleagues need portraits. Which page should we use?

10How is pricing calculated?
Professional Headshot is HK$1,280 on weekdays or HK$1,480 on weekends/public holidays. Personal Brand is HK$1,980 on weekdays or HK$2,180 on weekends/public holidays. Retouching, extra backgrounds or looks, an additional person, transparent PNGs and makeup or hair can be added at the listed rates; on-site work is quoted separately.
