Weekend minimum spend: $4,000. All packages include graduation gowns, caps, props, and all digital files.

Step 2: Confirm Numbers & Pick a Date

• Once you have 4+ responses, start coordinating dates
• Offer 2-3 date options for flexibility
• Weekdays are easier to coordinate and $50-100 cheaper per child

Step 3: Confirm & Pay

• We provide a confirmation form listing each child's name, contact, and special needs
• Lump sum or individual payments both accepted (FPS/PayMe)
• After payment, we send a "Photo Day Guide" with meeting point, time, and what to bring

📸 What Happens on Photo Day

1. Meet: Everyone arrives at the location—we're already set up
2. Gown up: We provide black graduation gowns + caps (K3 and primary sizes)
3. Class photo: The classic full-group shot + cap toss
4. Small groups: Best friends groups of 3-5
5. Individual portraits: Each child's solo graduation photo
6. Family photos: Parent-child shots (time permitting)
7. Free play: Running, colored smoke, cap tossing—often where the most natural moments happen

• Rain: Free reschedule to another date, or switch to our indoor studio
• Extreme heat: We choose shaded spots + bring water and fans

A: Yes! For smaller groups, consider our indoor studio graduation packages (Solo Grad from $1,480)—beautiful results even with just one child.

A: Absolutely! No same-class requirement—as long as numbers qualify, you get the group rate.

Q: What do kids need to bring?
A: Just shoes (white socks + black shoes recommended) and school uniform (if they want to wear it). Gowns, caps, bouquets, and props are all provided.

Q: Any rescheduling fees?
A: Weather-related reschedules are always free. Personal reasons: first change is free (5-7 days notice), subsequent changes $600 each.
