Pricing is per graduate. List prices run from HK$570 to HK$850 per graduate depending on group size and weekday or weekend, with a weekend minimum of HK$4,000. Each graduate gets individual gown portraits, family photos with parents, class group and small-group shots, gowns, a range of props and all suitable high-resolution photos with basic colour grading. Parents and teachers join free, and there are no per-photo charges after the shoot.
When the whole class books within the same month, it counts as a group booking. Each graduate gets a different offer depending on the month you book, and the earlier you book as a class, the more you save. WhatsApp us the group size, preferred month and location to get this month's group price. The group-booking offer also includes grandparents and siblings in the family photos within the original shoot time.
Once the date, time slot and expected group size are confirmed, the organiser can pay HK$1,000 first (for example 5 families paying $200 each, or the organiser paying up front) to lock the shoot date and this month's group price. The HK$1,000 counts in full towards the group deposit. The organiser then has 14 days to send the full list and a $200 deposit per graduate. If this is not done in time, the locked date and offer are released. The lock payment is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled, and no lock is available within 14 days of the shoot date. If the whole group deposit is less than HK$1,000, the lock amount is the group deposit.
Yes. Teachers join free all year round, not only with the group-booking offer.
The group-booking offer includes grandparents and siblings in the family photos within the original shoot time. Parents join free. For other arrangements, WhatsApp us.
A second graduate in the same family carries a small extra charge. We will make this clear when we quote on WhatsApp.
One parent acts as organiser and gathers the class. The organiser WhatsApps us the expected group size, preferred month and location. Once the date and time are confirmed, you can either use the organiser date lock or pay a HK$200 deposit per graduate to hold the slot. Suitable for 4–30 graduates.
Yes. The number of graduates can be increased up to 1 week before the shoot.
Yes. WhatsApp us your rough numbers, preferred dates and location, and we will suggest the right plan, the expected duration and a rough total first. Hold a slot only when it suits you.
Yes. After quoting we can hold the slot for 72 hours, so the organiser and parents have time to agree the date.
Choose from Inspiration Lake, Tai Po Waterfront Park, Lai Chi Kok Park or near M+; other locations can be discussed. Locations outside these (for example Yuen Long or Cyberport) may carry a small transport surcharge, which we will state in the quote. Shooting inside school grounds needs the school's approval first.
Please bring one school uniform set and one school bag per child; graduation gowns are provided by THIS FILM. Make sure the children sleep well beforehand, and bring snacks, water and mosquito repellent or patches as needed. You are welcome to bring your own small graduation props. Please arrive on time; late arrivals are not made up with extra time.
Yes. Gowns and caps are provided free in sizes 110–170cm; you are welcome to bring your own.
About 2 weeks before the shoot we send the rundown to the organiser, ready to forward to all parents.
We will not ask children to stand still and force a smile. We start with interactive games to relax them, then take the individual gown portraits, family photos and group photo first; small-group interaction follows once they are in a good mood.
We plan the shoot in stages by group size: the most important photos first, then small groups take turns. For 15 or more graduates, two photographers shoot at the same time to cut waiting and keep the later part of the session under control.
With at least 7 days' notice you can reschedule once for free. A second reschedule, or less than 7 days' notice, is HK$600 each time. The new date depends on availability.
The day before the shoot we check the latest forecast together and decide whether to go ahead or reschedule. A weather reschedule is free and does not count as your one free reschedule; the new date depends on availability.
Usually about 4–5 weeks after the shoot, delivered as an online album or cloud link. For a rush delivery within one week, add HK$300.
Outdoor graduation photos are more dynamic if you want grass, natural light and a sense of running around. If you are worried about rain, heat, crowds or grandparents joining, or want a steadier flow for the individual, family and class photos, the studio is easier to control.
